A Lake Erie gal, Christine Johnston has resided on Catawba Island since 1978. After studying at Ohio University in Athens, she began her financial career in 1995 with a local bank. It did not take Christine long to realize she enjoyed having deeper relationships with her clients while helping them protect and grow their wealth. She moved over to the Life and Financial Services side with Prudential and later Nationwide Securities. Christine joined DeVerna & Co Financial at the end of 2020 seeking more opportunities for her clientele and is excited to have a team of Financial Associates to work with.

When she is not helping her clients ease into retirement, most likely you will find Christine on a beach or boating on Lake Erie with her captain, Rick. They enjoy scuba diving and have traveled to Bonaire, Belize and Mexico for underwater adventures. Christine was blessed with two children, Zachary and Abigale, and currently only has grand pups.
